Join us for some festive cheer at the Community Christmas

Come along and sing carols, watch the children take part in a nativity and get into the festive spirit at Poulton’s Community Christmas.
The event takes place on Tuesday 11th December from 5pm in the Arndale Centre (we can guarantee it will be warm and dry!)
Pupils from the local primary schools will act out the Nativity, whilst the Salvation Army will provide the music for the Christmas carol singing.
Rev Gary Ingram and Rev Anne Cunliffe from Morecambe Parish Church will say a few words as will Rev Andrew Champley to remind us why we are celebrating Christmas.
We would like to thanks the Arndale Centre for supporting and holding our event.

£££££ Quick Response Funds Still Available £££££

There is still £5000 left in the Quick Response fund for independent, voluntary or statutory organisations to apply for.
The QR fund is available to organisations or groups who have an idea or project that will contribute to the regeneration of our neighbourhood. The best use of QR funds is to start up a project that can be sustainable in its own right.
There is a limit of £2000 per project. If you are interested in applying to the Quick Response fund, contact the Poulton Neighbourhood Management office.
Examples of previous successful Quick Response applications include:
£863 for Morecambe in Bloom which was spent on environmental improvements at Morecambe Library.
£220 for the Prince’s Trust to build a memorial to the cocklers who lost their lives in the bay.
