Connexions Has Moved

nexions have moved to the recently opened INFO centre on Kensington Road. Young people are currently involved in helping to choose a name for the building and are helping to organise the layout of the new premises.

Connexions work with 13 -19 year olds who are allocated to a Personal Adviser based in local secondary schools. There are also advisers who are based at the centre on Kensington Road.

Connexions offer a range of free confidential services to young people around education, employment, training and volunteering in addition to personal or social issues.

Call in to the centre should you require help or phone them on 428301. The centre is open 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Attention Dog Owners!

Residents living in Cross Street have reported that dog owners have been allowing their dogs to foul on the pavements.

This is unacceptable, and if you are seen by a Street Warden or Community Support Officer to allow your dog to foul on a pavement, you will be fined £50.

Please will all dog owners act responsibly and clean up after their pets.
