Meet The Poulton Neighbourhood Management Team
This is the team of dedicated staff working for Poulton Neighbourhood Management. Most of the team are based in the local Poulton office at 53 Euston Road, please feel free to pop in if you have any questions or would like to meet the team.

Project Administrator, is responsible for co-ordinating the operation of the Poulton office and providing administrative support to the team. |

Acts as the Marketing & Communications Officer for the Neighbourhood Task Force central team. Emma is responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing promotional, marketing and communications strategies for Poulton and the West End.

Is our Receptionist and greets any visitors to the office. She is friendly and helpful to fellow members of staff and visitors. |
Sue Boswell |

Community Development Officer: Works with the three local primary schools and Morecambe High School. She has worked on several projects, such as the Easter “Free Soccer School”, an Anti-Bullying project for young people and has been involved in improving the local environment with gardening and hanging baskets. |
Alan Orchard |

Neighbourhood Officer: Alan is responsible for the management of the Poulton office and staff team. Alan assists John in supporting the Poulton Neighbourhood Management Board. He is also responsible for financial and outcome monitoring of funded projects. |

Project Director for Community Engagement: John takes the lead on the community development elements that are integral to Poulton Neighbourhood Management and the Winning Back Morecambe’s West End projects. He is based with the central team of the “Neighbourhood Task Force” in the West End of Morecambe. |
